Job description

At Paymentology, we’re redefining what’s possible in the payments space. As the first truly global issuer-processor, we give banks and fintechs the technology and talent to launch and manage Mastercard and Visa cards at scale – across more than 60 countries.

Our advanced, multi-cloud platform delivers real-time data, unmatched scalability, and the flexibility of shared or dedicated processing instances. It’s this global reach and innovation that sets us apart.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Cardholder Solutions, turning complex capabilities like tokenization, spend controls, and xPay into intuitive, modular SDKs, APIs, and MicroFrontends that our clients love to build with. You’ll own the Digital Card Engine experience end to end, partner closely with clients, and craft scalable product journeys that delight end‑users across the globe.

What you get to do:
  • Lead the definition and evolution of the Digital Card Engine across APIs, SDKs, MicroFrontends, and Express Apps
  • Design product experiences that translate technical capabilities such as tokenization, spend controls, and xPay into intuitive client-facing journeys
  • Define and measure product success metrics tied to client outcomes and end-user value
  • Partner directly with clients through calls, demos, and workshops to gather insights and inform product direction
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality, modular, and scalable user experiences
  • Align internal stakeholders across engineering, implementation, and support to uphold high delivery standards
  • Advocate for product excellence through robust documentation, strong UX standards, and platform reliability
Requirements:

What it takes to succeed:

  • Proven product management experience building platform or SDK/API-based products
  • Deep understanding of digital issuance, spend controls, and tokenization in the payments space
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and design to craft modular, scalable offerings
  • Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to turn insights into actionable product improvements
  • Strong communication, prioritisation, and execution discipline
What you can look forward to:

At Paymentology, it’s not just about building great payment technology, it’s about building a company where people feel they belong and their work matters. You’ll be part of a diverse, global team that’s genuinely committed to making a positive impact through what we do. Whether you’re working across time zones or getting involved in initiatives that support local communities, you’ll find real purpose in your work - and the freedom to grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
