Join Remote as a Product Manager, Benefits Platform & Integrations, where you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our global benefits infrastructure across all product lines.
This role spans internal and external benefit systems—from sourcing and enrollment to renewals and integrations—ensuring that Remote delivers compliant, competitive, and seamless benefit experiences for customers and employees worldwide.
You’ll work at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and operations, shaping how benefits are powered and extended across Remote's ecosystem.
You’ll identify, integrate, and evolve connections with benefit providers, build scalable internal tools, and enhance automation for how benefits are offered, managed, and renewed globally.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of global work—enabling businesses to support their teams with world-class benefits, wherever they are.
Extensive Product Management experience, ideally in benefits, payroll, or HR tech, with a focus on API-driven and file-based integrations.
Technically strong, comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows spanning multiple domains (e.g., sourcing, enrollment, renewals).
Analytical and data-savvy, proficient in SQL for validation, insights, and data strategy.
Empathetic and user-focused, translating customer and operational needs into impactful products.
Strategic and results-oriented, balancing long-term vision with execution to drive scalability and automation.
Collaborative communicator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, Payroll, Design).
Clear communicator, able to simplify complex systems in writing and speech.
Passionate about remote work and global accessibility.
Fluent in English; remote work experience a plus.
