Job Purpose

The Product Line Sales Manager (PLSM) is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex sales initiatives for the Lorgar and Canyon product lines in South Africa. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, budget constraints, and timelines, while delivering expected outcomes and value across multiple teams, stakeholders and customer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand a robust partnership base, cultivating strong personal relationships with partners and vendor representatives.
  • Deliver product presentations and consultations to partners and customers.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing and training events.
  • Maintain direct communication with Top 10 retail partner buyers.
  • Monitor and stimulate sales‑out activities through promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare persuasive sales pitches tailored to retail partners.
  • Conduct all required reporting in line with company standards.
Performance & Financial Accountability
  • Own full responsibility for the product line's financial performance (Gross Profit, Revenue, Inventory levels, Ageing).
  • Select and curate product assortment tailored to the South African market.
  • Develop and implement distribution and pricing strategies.
