Drive Product Innovation : Identify and implement new features, enhancements, and value propositions that align with customer needs and market trends.

Accelerate Product Take-Up : Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, usage, and retention across digital and physical channels.

Marketing & Positioning : Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

Frontline Enablement : Ensure all frontline staff are well trained, informed, and equipped to promote and support the product effectively.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics to monitor product performance, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.

Translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Profitability Management : Monitor and optimize product profitability, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

5+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or digital innovation – preferably within financial services, loyalty, or fintech.

Proven track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement.

Experience in training and enabling frontline teams to deliver consistent product messaging.

Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into business impact.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
