This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution. You'll work hands‑on in CRM and engagement platforms daily to build automated customer journeys yourself – from onboarding sequences to retention campaigns to churn prevention. You'll partner closely with Product, Data, and Telesales teams to run structured experiments, analyse funnel performance, and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks.

Your Core Responsibilities
Product Growth Tech Stack 💼:
You're a hands‑on growth operator who builds campaigns yourself. You love opening CRM tools daily to design journeys, run tests, and optimise funnels.
Required Experience:
You'll see the direct impact of your work through improved customer activation rates, reduced churn, and increased lifetime value. You'll own the end‑to‑end growth process – from identifying opportunities and designing experiments to building campaigns and scaling what works. Success means turning insights into repeatable playbooks that drive measurable business outcomes while unlocking financial inclusion for millions of customers across Africa.
