Job description

Purpose of the Role The Manager Product experts' group will lead and develop FLS's Product Experts (PE) group, the mechanical technical backbone of the aftermarket (spares and modernization) portfolio.

This role manages a diverse, highly skilled team of approximately 20 engineers and technical specialists spread across APAC and EMEA who support pre-sales activities, project execution, spare parts quality, modernization upgrades and product improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive strategic alignment between the PE group, product specialists, sales and sales support functions, ensuring strong service levels, operational effectiveness and continuous improvement to support FLSmidth's aftermarket growth ambitions and customer satisfaction.

The role includes actively developing team capability, supporting regional locations as required, and maintaining effective communication with all internal and external customers.
