What You’ll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio, Lead Engineers and Product Managers in formulating and executing strategic and operational plans in partnership with other business units.
  • Work with the Head of Portfolio and other senior managers to ensure that all performance targets are met.
  • Fully accountable for delivery of product KPI’s.
  • Drive and promote passion and pride in products.
  • Responsible for regular delivery and tech demo sessions with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure our people are retained, motivated, and developed.
  • Monitor the delivery of performance development and modernisation plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement in all areas of software development (productivity, efficiency, policies, standards, best practices, upskilling).
  • Responsible for the maturity of self‑organising teams.
  • Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of release / sprint goals.
  • Assist in critical support issues where experience is required to ascertain issues quickly and to find a suitable resolution.
  • Propose and review technical integrity, quantify risk, and set strategic direction.
  • Track and report on product capital expenditure & operational expenditure; seek ways to reduce CapEx & OpEx while increasing feature output.
  • Maintain and continuously review product risk registers in accordance with ISO standards.

  • Be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technology environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Senior Management level.
  • Strong Tech Development Skillset.
  • Proven understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Strong business knowledge.
  • Exposure / knowledge of finance / accounting.
  • Track record of managing / leading multiple successful projects.
  • Knowledge & understanding of statistics (ability to challenge & drive high performance from data).
  • Facilitate expertise and serve as subject matter expert for designated product areas.
  • Comfortable presenting findings in presentations and/or meetings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
  • Experience with solutions on Data & BI.
Desirable Skills You’ve Got Up Your Sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications.
  • Experience with TM1 / Cognos Financial Reporting.
