A global heavy machinery company is seeking an expert to support go-to-market initiatives for underground mining equipment. The role involves providing training and assessing customer job site efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a qualification in Mining Engineering with at least 3 years of underground mining experience. This position is onsite in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, with no relocation support offered.

Our Underground Mining team relies on close collaboration with our customers to develop equipment and support solutions that are customized for their application.
Supports go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution as a subject matter expert for hard rock underground mining machines.
Provide product and application expertise as a trusted advisor to customers as well as company and dealers' sales personnel.
Conduct internal and external training on product capabilities and safe and efficient usage of underground mining equipment.
Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job site efficiency, collect product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvement process and new product introduction programs.
Work with the marketing team to create internal and external communication highlighting solutions for underground mining.
Qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent experience in underground mining (hard rock mining).
3 - 5 years Underground Mining experience.
MS Office Suite.
