Minimum Requirements / Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Business Engineering
- 1‑2 Years as First Line Query Support
- Experience in Supporting Software
- Experience in Banking or Remittance
- Proficiency in JIRA, Visio, Confluence
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and diagnose system and performance‑related issues reported by business users or the development team and work on implementing solutions to enhance system performance.
- Performance Testing: Collaborate with the development team to conduct performance testing and benchmarking to proactively identify and address performance issues before they impact users.
- User Support: Assist business users in understanding and optimizing their use of applications and systems to improve performance.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and improvements to share with stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to provide insights into system and performance‑related challenges and collaborate on solutions.
- Best Practices: Promote best practices for system usage, configuration, and optimization among business users.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system performance, troubleshooting procedures, and optimization guidelines.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for business users and provide guidance on improving system performance.
- Emergency Response: Be available for immediate response to critical performance issues and provide guidance on mitigating their impact.
