Placements24 is seeking a strategic Procurement Specialist in Randburg to lead sourcing and procurement of professional and operational services, including IT consulting, legal support, and marketing agencies. You will develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services environment.

You will negotiate favorable terms, SLAs, and pricing while driving supplier performance and market research to identify providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in procurement, with a services procurement focus.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex SLAs.
• Strong understanding of financial services procurement and regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
