Qualifications

• Proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, quoting, and placing orders for goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure competitive sourcing.
• Manage supplier performance, build strong relationships, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and databases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
