Candidates should have 5+ years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP are desirable. This position requires a proactive approach to procurement and stakeholder management, with a willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Finalize and approve contracts with contractors.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews with suppliers for future needs.

• Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Use risk assessment tools for evaluating supplier risks.
• Identify and establish relationships with alternative suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to local sourcing guidelines and service level agreements.
• Issue and compare purchase orders to tax invoices; report discrepancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Manage key supplier relationships and set KPIs.
• Communicate procurement value and benefits to internal stakeholders.
• Support departments on high-value procurement initiatives and tenders.
• Negotiate prices with existing suppliers for cost optimization.
• Provide transparency on and insights into third-party spend.
• Contribute to cross-regional initiatives for optimizing group spend
