A commercial parts company in Gauteng is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage procurement processes. The role demands 5 years of experience in a commercial parts setting, strong logistics knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely ordering and compliance with procurement policies, while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities : Manage daily procurement and ensure components are ordered and received on time. Co-ordinate order requirements with sales and technical teams. Negotiate pricing and delivery with local suppliers. Conduct stock and price gap analysis. Support GRV processes and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Act as the link between Procurement and Sales.
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial parts sales environment. Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, imports / exports. Excellent administration, planning, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and equipment parts is advantageous.
