With a global presence and reputation for delivering outstanding experiences, they pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation across all their properties. They are now looking for a Procurement Manager to join their newest venture in Cape Town.

This role is key to supporting the successful launch of their latest endeavour, and they are seeking a driven, experienced professional with the ambition to make a real impact from the outset. In this role you will lead the sourcing and supply chain for one of the world's most renowned luxury brands.

Ensure that every element – from the finest ingredients to the most exquisite tableware – reflects our customers heritage and exceptional standards. Lead sourcing and supply chain operations for food, beverages, and operational goods, ensuring premium quality and brand consistency. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency without compromising standards. Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and timely delivery. Monitor supplier performance and implement sustainable, ethical sourcing practices. Manage procurement budgets, track spending, and deliver regular reports on key metrics. Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and internal policies. Identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions to optimize procurement and logistics.

Experience Required

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within hospitality or luxury retail. Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. Ability to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on quality. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for upholding brand standards. At least 4 years in a similar position.
