Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administratorto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier management, cost control, travel coordination, and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFQs/RFPs and source new or preferred suppliers as required.

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, purchase orders, and ensure appropriate internal approvals.

  • Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

  • Maintain procurement records, price lists, and supplier evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal audit requirements.

  • Assist in onboarding new vendors, maintaining the supplier database, and conducting annual vendor reviews.

  • Monitor market trends to support strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Support internal teams with procurement-related queries and ensure efficient communication.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in ERP and procurement systems.
