Driving Performance: Monitor KPIs, track reports, and take proactive action to exceed service standards.

Strategic Planning: Translate divisional goals into actionable plans and individual objectives.

Optimising Operations: Lead process improvements, manage expenses, and drive innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and deliver on service level agreements.

What You Bring:

Finance admin manager – CIB – Not branch management level!

Non-negotiables – Candidates has strong management skills – team of 4 (know their work)

Put controls in place

SAP, negotiable on systems – understands functions

Team – support function – Procure to pay function in CIB – feeds into Group

Stakeholder management is key part of skills

Must have procure to pay – support team, give team direction
