Hire Resolve's client, a leading plastic manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Process Manager to drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee high-productivity processes, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, lead machine optimization projects, mentor staff, and liaise with toolroom for mould and machine requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup.
• Tertiary qualification required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (all levels).
• Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving with initiative.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a team-oriented approach.
