A leading consumer goods manufacturing company based in Saldanha, Western Cape. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Process Technologist to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to improve product quality and production efficiency
• Monitor and analyze production operations to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction
• Conduct trials and experiments to test new processes and technologies
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure consistent execution of processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
