Process Safety Management is a "disciplined framework for managing the integrity of operating systems and processes that handle hazardous substances," and the goal is to prevent the unexpected releases of toxic, reactive, or flammable liquids and gases or energy in processes involving highly hazardous chemicals to prevent structural failure or loss of stability that could lead to a major incident. During operation, the emphasis is on procedural safety to ensure that people are competent to do the work, procedures are complied with, and appropriate precautions are in place for work on the plant. Process Safety Management is complex and requires a multidimensional approach that blends technology and management solutions.
We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, a (k) plan, and numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
