  • Monitor and manage performance of topsides processing systems, utilities, and offloading systems to ensure production efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and international regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, HAZID / HAZOP, and process safety reviews to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Troubleshoot process issues, implement optimization strategies, and manage cost controls without compromising safety or quality.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including operators, contractors, shipyards, classification societies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to process engineers and operational staff.
  • Deliver operational performance reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional Engineering (PE) or Chartered Engineer status advantageous.
  • 8–12 years of Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5 years in FPSO process engineering / operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil / gas separation, gas compression, produced water treatment, flare systems, storage, and offloading processes.
  • Strong background in FPSO design, commissioning, and operational management.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ABS, DNV, ISO).
  • Strong process management and optimization expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage operations in high-pressure offshore environments.
