Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role.
• Certified Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, statistical analysis, and project management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
