A leading manufacturing company in Springs, South Africa is seeking a Process Engineer to provide expertise in chemical and process engineering for the Paper Machine 6 team. The role involves implementing cost-saving initiatives, conducting safety program participation, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing industry.
• Project Management experience is advantageous.
• Pulp and Paper experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide chemical and process engineering expertise to the Paper Machine 6 team.
• Implement trials on machine to achieve cost savings.
• Participate actively in Departmental Safety Program.
