Overview

Feltex is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead, organize, monitor and control process parameters in the production department.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness within the manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by identifying areas for process improvement, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Process Engineer will also collaborate closely with production teams, maintenance, quality assurance, and management to support operational excellence, reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product consistency.
