We’re looking for a Process Engineer who can serve as the vital link between Production and all supporting departments. You’ll play a key role in improving build processes, driving quality excellence, supporting major projects, and ensuring that production standards are maintained to world-class levels.

This role suits someone who loves being on the shop floor, understands complex automotive/industrial processes, and has the technical IQ to make meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and output.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the go-between for Production and Support teams during new projects, upgrades and product changes
• Driving process improvements, ergonomics, and standardised work methods
• Analysing Engineering Change Requests and ensuring seamless implementation
• Supporting Pre-Series build issues and participating in buildability reviews
• Conducting process, vehicle and sectional audits to ensure compliance before internal/external inspections
• Updating and creating process documentation to maintain standards
• Ensuring accuracy of FIS data reporting and coordinating system updates
• Partnering with quality, technical and engineering teams to analyse issues & implement corrective actions
• Supporting cost control relating to expendable tools and efficiency improvements

What You Need to Bring Essential

• National Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in a production/process/manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production quality, production management and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Solid understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems & document control
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office & Windows
• Understanding of time studies and their impact
• OHSE knowledge
