Qualifications and Experience required :
  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent / similar degree
  • 3 5 years of experience as a process engineer
  • Modelling Tools such as Lucid Chart, Draw.Io, Sparx EA, LeanIX, BIC Processes
  • Process Automation and Simulation Tools
  • Service Design
  • Value Stream Mapping

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Assess the current landscape through capability maturity assessments.
  • Identify the current landscape across all capabilities within the business, including but not limited to capability models, organisational structures and processes and working closely with business architecture to ensure these are mapped correctly.
  • Working with stakeholders to design the future-state landscape across all capabilities including customer and employee journeys - identifying users needs and designing the end-to-end journey ensuring that processes are aligned to these experiences.
  • Regularly review processes to ensure industry regulations, quality and standards compliance.
  • Ability and understanding to work and support multi-generational teams.
  • Connect and create a safe environment to support, clarify and guide your stakeholders.
  • Empower and encouraging your team to be the best version of themselves.
  • Lead with authenticity and relatability and demonstrate genuine care
  • Cultivate an environment that constantly seeks good.
  • By understanding and interpreting legalities, sensitivities and or life situations that you may encounter and how to best navigate and manage.
  • Showing the ability to follow processes and problem-solve holistically with people in the centre.
  • Assess existing processes and perform gap and root cause analyses to determine areas for optimisation within and across all departments determining how the entire company can work better together
  • Analyse and identify processes and opportunities for automation ensuring feasibility based on criteria such as volume, complexity and expected ROI.
  • Implement model and framework to ensure that designs and processes are designed and implemented in a consistent manner aligned with best practices and standards.
  • Support and review value streams with business architecture.
  • Perform peer reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Develop usability testing plans and scenarios.
  • Facilitate tests with representative users, capturing and actioning observations and feedback to improve the design and ROI
