Job summary

Introduction

To provide ongoing support to Client's customers by leading initiative to continuously improveproduction efficiency, test and study new equipment, technology, and preparation of new product.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThese are the duties and responsibilities that the position entails : 1.

1. Process design / Machinery preparation and Condition setting managementDesign a process to satisfy KPlsArrangement of Machines according to process designMachine condition setting during production preparationCorrection of defects during HVT / customer eventsConfirmation and verification of required quality when design change or defect responseAnalyse Production Defects / Cycle time (Productivity) and plan and implement countermeasures

To achieve task, need to understand quality knowledge asUnderstand all customer quality criteria and make standard.Understand APQP system and support for QC department.Deeply understand for PFMEA and control plan, what is require for process (main close function teammember) me .

Understanding of the QA method and QC matrix by working closely with Quality department and conducttraining to members

To achieve task, need to understand Engineering knowledgeBe able to support on the newly introduced technology, equipment, machine specification, cycle countsand identify areas for improvements.Be able to understand work progress / sequence to make SOPDevelop new SOP based on the machine manuals and study and help to quantify number of Operatorsrequired for machines.Offer technical assistance to the production to meet targets, goals, and standardsPhysically able to work with heavy equipment, reading drawings
