KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Weekly / Monthly stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity
• Filing of shipments loading & picking sheets
• Forklift Inspections
• Picking & verification of shipments
• Loading shipments onto trucks for delivery
• Warehouse Process Controls & Housekeeping
• Continuous improvements to ensure customer satisfaction
• Quality of stacking & bin storage
• Ensure all health, safety, quality & environmental regularity requirements are always adhered to
