• Deliver exceptional experience for Private Wealth clients with wealth creation, accumulation and protection strategies.
• Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.
• Participate in planned activities for personal development.
• Build cross-team relationships to enhance delivery, collaboration and innovation.
• Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to meet sales targets.
• Provide banking and financial solutions across an allocated client portfolio.
• Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across FRG.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and processes.
• Deliver service excellence aligned to organisational values and standards.
• Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing the portfolio with holistic advice.
