Job summary

FirstRand Limited's Private Wealth team in Rustenburg is seeking a Banking Advisor Wealth to support a portfolio of private clients. You will provide sound recommendations, manage leads, and drive client engagement within a team of Private Bankers.

The role requires a finance-focused degree, RE5, and 3–5 years in banking or financial services sales/service, with the aim to grow the client base and portfolio. Based in Rustenburg, full-time and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree, NQF7 Level in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Completed RE5 qualification.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales/Service banking or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer needs and trends.
• Maintain efficient administration through planning, reporting and data updates.
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business decisions.
• Ensure effective management of the leads pipeline and proactive client engagement.
• Support sales growth for the business through acquisition of new clients.
