Job summary

RMB, based in Pretoria, is seeking a Private Wealth support professional to assist a team of Private Bankers by delivering analysis, research, and sales/service fulfilment. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen existing client relationships within Private Wealth.

You will contribute to cost containment and uphold high service levels, ensuring governance, reporting, and timely administration across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in private wealth sales and client servicing.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers.
• Provide analysis, research and sales/service fulfilment to identify opportunities for new banking clients.
• Grow an active client base through effective stakeholder management and proactive client engagement.
• Ensure accurate planning, reporting and maintenance of client information and leads pipeline.
