Job summary

FNB seeks a Private Clients sales professional focused on foundational wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies. You will enhance client engagement and loyalty through Money Management principles, driving growth in VSI and long-term client retention.

You will build sound relationships based on trust, market financial services solutions, manage leads pipeline, and contribute to profit growth by delivering consistent, high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
