Job summary

FirstRand Limited in Johannesburg invites applications for a Private Advisor to service RMB private clients, providing wealth creation guidance and education. You will engage clients, understand needs, and promote relevant financial solutions while upholding regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have an NQF level 7 degree, RE5, 3–5 years sales/service in financial services. The role offers growth, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities to build trusted relationships with a diverse client

• 3–5 years’ experience within a sales/service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client education to Private Clients/RMB clients on basic wealth creation and accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention using Money Management principles.
• Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth by ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) Meet all requirements on SUB-CATS.
• Experience - 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.
