The Private Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals for a family of five, three days per week. Responsibilities include designing weekly menus aligned with the family’s preferences and dietary needs, sourcing fresh seasonal ingredients, and maintaining accurate stock and pantry levels. The chef will prepare Breakfast, Light Lunch on request, and Dinner on scheduled days, ensuring meals are balanced, nutritious, and beautifully presented. We are a family who loves to host, therefore the chef must be confident catering for larger groups, private dinners, and special occasions when required. Additional duties include maintaining exceptional kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards, cleaning the kitchen after each service, and managing food storage and waste responsibly.
