Job Description: To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation and overall protection tactics to increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through the application of contextual Money Management principles. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation and accumulation.
  • Increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment using contextual Money Management principles.
  • Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
  • Assist with profit growth for the business by ensuring effective management of the lead pipeline.
  • Produce consistently high‑quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements, and implement related processes and procedures.
  • Ensure growth and increase in the customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and growing the active customer account base.
Qualifications
  • Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
  • RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant Class of Business.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales / Service area of a financial environment.
  • Signed off on FAIS categories.
