Job summary

Pronto Labour Team (Pty) Ltd in Kempton Park (East Rand, Gauteng) seeks a Production Manager with strong PRINTING industry experience. Flexographic exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

The role requires 3–4 years in production management, LEAN/Six-Sigma or Safety Management, and leadership of a supervisory production team. Willingness to work shifts/overtime and a clean criminal record are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Engineering/Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical or related field.
• PRINTING industry experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a Production Management role.
• Experience in LEAN Manufacturing, Six-Sigma or Safety Management.
• Leadership experience in a Supervisory Production Team.
• Strong understanding of Production processes, Equipment and Quality.
• Willing to work shifts/overtime/public holidays when required.
• Clean criminal record; background check will be done.
