Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printer Technician, based in the City of Cape Town. The Printer Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to printers and desktop computers. Daily tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting printer problems, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring high-quality repair services. The role requires direct interaction with customers to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Printer Support and troubleshooting printers
• Strong Technical Support skills for both printers and desktop computers
• Proficiency in handling desktop computers and related technical issues
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities for hardware-related issues
