Job summary

Cytel Inc. seeks a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer to work on sponsor-dedicated clinical programs embedded with a global pharma client. You will drive reporting and analysis activities across trials and oversee CRO programmers to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery.

The role requires expert SAS and knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml), with R experience a plus. You will develop datasets, listings and tables, support regulatory submissions, and help maintain

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma Biome, or similar.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills in a clinical development environment.
• Extensive experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml) and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specs, datasets, reviewer’s guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to generate datasets, complex listings, tables and graphs.
• Deliver high-quality SAS and R programs tailored to clinical development needs.
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables to meet timelines.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions and DSURs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GCP for electronic submissions.
• Contribute to programming standards, tools, outputs, and macros.
• Develop CRFs, edit checks, and data validation plans.
