Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer to work remotely on clinical development programs across therapeutic areas.

You will implement reporting and analysis activities, supervise CRO programming deliverables, and ensure high-quality data outputs aligned with CDISC standards and regulatory expectations. The role requires extensive SAS and CDISC experience, strong independent work capability, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics (or related field).
• 7+ years as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma clinical development or similar.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills and experience in statistical programming procedures.
• Extensive CDISC SDTM/ADaM/Define.xml experience and knowledge of FDA/ICH regulations.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer’s guides and define.xml files for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, tables, and graphs.
• Deliver high-quality programming outputs and validate SAS/R code for clinical trials.
• Oversee CRO programmers to meet timelines and maintain quality.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions and DSURs.
