The Role

Working alongside an experienced team of Partners and Researchers, this role involves assisting in the delivery of retained executive search and strategic consulting assignments with a global remit. The company has a detailed onboarding process to support your personal growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Research & Intelligence: Through both primary and secondary research methods, you will gather research and intelligence on a variety of insurance disciplines, depending on our clients’ requirements. You will provide insight into relevant sectors and market trends, enabling effective consulting and advice.
  • Identification & Assessment: Collaborate with the lead Partner to develop a search strategy, produce a longlist of candidates, approach individuals, assess suitability via a competency‑based interview, and present an appropriate shortlist to the client.
  • Relationship Management: Work closely with candidates during the research phase, attend client briefings, catch‑up calls, and deputise for the lead Partner when necessary to maintain high levels of service.
  • Product Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming, designing, and developing new ideas to enhance our service offering and create a forward‑thinking environment. Collaborate with marketing to promote our services and cement our position as market leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse company and market data to uncover industry trends and opportunities. Support this function and use key findings to consult clients on strategic growth plans, enhancing our core proposition and delivering additional value.

Requirements
