The Role: We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager – Cards to own the card product end‑to‑end.

From commercial customer offerings, to detailed scheme integrations, to fraud and compliance controls, you’ll lead the product that makes stablecoins spendable everywhere.

What You’ll Be Doing

Platform & Infrastructure: Own the card issuing stack, from managing Card‑as‑a‑Service vendors to driving direct scheme integrations. Master and optimize the complete card transaction lifecycle: authorizations, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and fraud flows.

Application & User Experience

Design and build the API‑driven infrastructure for our card products, enabling both internal teams and future partners.

Define and execute the roadmap for the entire user‑facing card experience, including in‑app controls, transaction UIs, and notifications.

Design the commercial card proposition: tiers, rewards, fees, and value‑added services that make our card the "Centurion of crypto".

Across the Stack: Partner with Engineering, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a world‑class, simple, and trusted card experience.

Set and track KPIs for the entire card program: approval rates, fraud levels, interchange economics, user NPS, and credit performance.

Overcommunicate progress, share wins, and rally teams to move faster.

What You’ll Bring

• Years in product management, with 5+ years in card issuing or processing. Deep knowledge of card transaction lifecycles, chargebacks, fraud management, exemptions, and scheme compliance.

Proven track record shipping and scaling card products with commercial impact.
