Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of large-scale power systems, including grid integration, load flow, short circuit, and stability studies.
• Develop strategic technical plans and roadmaps for power system infrastructure development.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Oversee the development of protection schemes, earthing systems, and fault analysis for high-voltage networks.
• Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to present technical findings and secure project approvals.
• Conduct advanced system modeling and simulation using industry-standard software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD).
• Review and approve technical designs, reports, and proposals generated by the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international power system standards and best practices.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.

Requirements
