We’re looking for a highly experienced in-house Principal PEGA Application Developer to join the Corporate Services team at Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure. In this ongoing full‑time role you will take the lead in designing, developing and supporting robust PEGA solutions for the Planning Portal helping to shape the digital future of planning in NSW.

You will be part of a collaborative forward‑thinking team where your expertise will make a real impact. From mentoring junior developers and integrating new technologies to ensuring our digital services are secure, scalable and user‑focused you’ll play a key role in every stage of the development lifecycle. Working as part of the core operations team you will provide governance to ensure development standards are adhered to across the Pega Platform leading the development team in the remediation of defects and issues conducting root cause analysis to identify impactful change and implementing design recommendations for application components.
