Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive research experience in nanotechnology, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in nanomaterial synthesis, nanolithography, or nano-device fabrication.
• Proficiency with advanced characterization techniques relevant to nanoscale materials (AFM, STM, electron microscopy, spectroscopy).
• Experience leading research teams and managing complex R&D projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong publication record and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing independent research with collaboration.
• Experience with computational modeling of nanoscale phenomena is a plus.
