Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in CS/ML with RL focus.
• 7+ years of RL development and deployment experience.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
• In-depth knowledge of RL algorithms (Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic) and theory.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/RL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines).
• Experience with simulation environments (OpenAI Gym, MuJoCo) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
