Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience leading major engineering initiatives and solving highly complex problems.
• Expertise in thermodynamics, dynamics, and materials science.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and analytical methodologies.
• Leadership and communication skills for a remote setting.
