Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Principal Data Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of strategic data products and platforms in Africa. You will champion data-driven decisions, define product roadmaps, and partner with engineering and analytics teams to deliver value.

The role requires proven data product leadership, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and SQL. Experience with multi-cloud and Agile delivery is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Product Lead or similar role.
• Strong track record analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics methodologies.

We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Principal Data Product Owner to drive the delivery and evolution of strategic data products and platforms.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Data Product Lead or similar
• Strong experience analysing and interpreting large datasets
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native data solutions
• Knowledge of SQL and analytics methodologies

Advantageous:

• Experience with AWS data services and multi-cloud environments
• Experience within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
• Telecommunications industry experience
