Responsibilities
Support Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes on a day-to-day basis.
Provide one-to-one or small group support depending on school needs.
Help maintain positive learning cultures and classroom routines.
Skills
Experience working with children aged 4–11 in a UK primary school setting
Good communication and behaviour management skills
Understanding of classroom routines and the primary curriculum
Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc.
Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic
Education
Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
