Job summary

Willows, Pretoria East, is seeking a Senior RAF Litigation Attorney to join our Pretoria-based team. You will independently manage third party claims against the RAF and oversee litigation procedures, including High Court actions.

The role requires an LLB, admission as an Attorney, 5–10 years' post-qualification experience, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and a valid driver's license with own transport. You must reside in Pretoria, present a professional image, and maintain a stable employment

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable and professional
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
• LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must
• 5 to 10 years post admission experience in Litigation and Third Party Claims (against RAF) a must (Senior Level)
• Fully independently functional
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Residing in Pretoria
• Stable employment record and contactable References
• To start as soon as possible

Duties:

• Independently handling of Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund for law firm
• Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation

Salary: R 40000.00 – R 60000.00 gross (Depending on RAF Litigation experience)
