• Minimum of 5 years experience in press shop work environment.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Foreman.
• Boiler making / Welding experience is an advantage.

• Liaising with Production teams.
• Overseeing the fabrication team and monitoring progress.

• Managing machine maintenance schedules and tool requirements
• Monitor and report on machine utilization and efficiency
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance management
