- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Foreman.
- Boiler making / Welding experience is an advantage.

- Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
- Liaising with Production teams.
- Overseeing the fabrication team and monitoring progress.
- Managing resources and optimizing equipment utilization.
- Managing machine maintenance schedules and tool requirements.
