Job summary

A Christian learning community is seeking a caring Toddler Teacher to join their preschool team in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will inspire toddlers in a safe classroom while embodying faith and joy in learning. A minimum of a Certificate in Early Childhood Development is required, with Montessori experience being highly advantageous.

• Montessori training or experience is highly advantageous.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a caring, collaborative Toddler Teacher to join our Honeydew preschool team. This role is ideal for an educator who delights in guiding young children through their earliest stages of discovery and independence, within a warm and structured environment that reflects Christian values and Montessori principles.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: Matric / NSC + recognised Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD).
• Preferred: Higher Certificate or Diploma (NQF Level 5 or 6) in Early Childhood Care & Education.
• Montessori training or experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience in Cambridge or Montessori environments beneficial.

Remuneration & Location

Remuneration: Market-related, based on qualifications and experience.
